​Focus Inside is the unique pop-up festival in Central London that challenges our unhealthy digital consumption habits. It's six days of art exhibitions, workshops and talks, plus, an interactive digital detox space to rethink our relationship with technology.

Focus Inside brings people from different backgrounds together - art, science, technology, business. Each of the six days is dedicated to a particular topic: children and technology, creativity, self-care, mental health, and much more. Most events are free and require advanced registration.
